炭基负载V_2O_5脱硝催化剂低温脱硝性能 被引量:4

Low-temperature SCR reactivity of the activated Carbon-supported vanadium oxide catalyst

摘要 采用固定床反应器考察了在不同烟气条件下活性炭负载V2O5(V2O5/AC)脱硝催化剂的低温SCR脱硝性能。结果表明:活性炭负载V2O5后吸附NO的能力有所提升,吸附NH3的能力显著增强;所制备的V2O5/AC催化剂可在250℃、空速36 000L/(kg·h)的条件下表现出高达90%的脱硝效率,虽然继续升高温度能够进一步提高脱硝效率,但也会造成活性炭的烧蚀;当模拟烟气中加入H2O时会导致催化剂脱硝性能的下降。暂态响应实验结果表明O2的存在是SCR脱硝反应连续进行的必要条件。 Effects of reaction conditions on low-temperature SCR activity of the activated carbon-supported vanadium oxide (V2O5/AC)catalyst were investigated in a fixed bed reactor.The results suggest that, compared with AC,the NO adsorption capacity of V2O5/AC was enhanced a little while the NH3 adsorp-tion capacity was significantly enhanced.The prepared V2O5/AC catalyst had approximately 90% NOx re-duction rate at 250 ℃ and 36 000 L/(kg·h)space velocity.Raising the temperature could promote the SCR process,but the ablation of AC was also accelerated.The SCR reactivity declined when H2O was add-ed into the simulated flue gas.Results of the transient response test suggest that O2 was essential to the SCR reaction.
