高瓦斯低透气性松软煤层“钻割”一体化技术研究

摘要 通过对"钻割"一体化技术井下工程实施,制定优化了"钻割"一体化技术的实施工艺流程;通过现场工业性实验和实际考察,证实了"钻割"一体化防突措施具有扩大措施孔单孔有效影响范围,提高钻孔周围煤层的透气性,减少措施孔数目,减少工程量等特点,为高瓦斯低透气性煤层防突及瓦斯治理提供了新的思路和方案。 Based on the underground project implementation using the integration technology of drilling andcutting, the implementation process of drilling and cutting technology was made. Through industrial experi-ment site and practical investigation, it is confirmed that integration technology of drilling and cutting could ex-pand the effective influenced range of single borehole, improve the coal permeability around the borehole, andreduce the number of gas drainage boreholes and the engineering quantity. The technology provides new ideasand methods for gas outburst prevention and control to high gas and low permeability coal seam.
