摘要
目的探讨足底内侧皮瓣修复足跟缺损的应用效果。方法我院选取足底内侧顺行皮瓣转移修复足跟区缺损12例患者(12足),采用足底内侧逆行岛状皮瓣转移修复法进行治疗。结果创面以局部皮瓣加皮片移植加以修复,术后恢复疗好,无溃疡发生。结论足底内侧皮瓣是修复足跟区,足底前负重区理想的组织瓣。
Objective To investigate the effect of medial plantar heel flap application defects. Methods Our hospital selected antegrade flap medial plantar heel area to repair defects in 12 patients （12 feet）, medial plantar island flap transfer for treatment to repair method. Results Gapi wound to local skin flap graft to repair, postoperative recovery treatment, and no ulcers. Conclusion Medial plantar flap to repair heel area, ideal weight-bearing area of the front foot flap.
