摘要 羟氯喹在临床上广泛应用于自身免疫性结缔组织病,羟氯喹性视网膜病变发病率低,但视觉损害严重。近年来一些新的技术应用于临床,可以早期发现羟氯喹性视网膜病变。本文仅就羟氯喹性视网膜病变概况和检测方法进展做一简要综述。 Hydroxychloroquine is an effective and safe drug for the treatment of connective tissue disorders.Although it is associated with a low incidence of retinopathy,it can still lead to potentially irreversible visual loss.Recently,some new tests are used for timely detection to find hydroxychloroquine retinopathy as early as possible.Following is a review of hydroxychloroquine retinopathy and its screening test.
