摘要
对影响60Si2Mn双槽弹簧扁钢板簧加工剪切崩料的化学成分、显微组织、脱碳层深度、奥氏体晶粒度、夹杂物级别、表面硬度和槽形形状崩料原因进行了检验分析。结果表明,崩料的主要原因是扁钢槽底部靠边部圆角过渡不圆滑且呈现一定的尖角,在剪切外力作用下,容易引起应力集中,造成剪切崩料;次要原因是扁钢表面硬度相对偏高,这是引起剪切崩料的一个诱因。通过优化槽形和采取降低扁钢表面硬度的措施后,扁钢崩料现象消失。
The chemical composition, microstructure, decarburization depth, austenitic grain size, inclusions class, surface hardness and groove shape reasons which caused the avalanche of 60Si2Mn spring flat steel with double grooves at cutting of the processing of leaf spring were analyzed. The tesult shows that the main reason was that the transition of the round angle of the groove bottom close to the edge was not smooth which showed a certain sharp angle and easily induced stress concentration at the effect of shear external force, and caused the avalanche at cut- ting. The secondary reason was that the surface hardness of the flat steel was comparatively high which also easily induced the avalanche at cutting. The phenomenon of the avalanche of flat steel disappeared after adopting the meas- ures of optimization of groove shape and reducing surface hardness of the flat steel.
