摘要
文章在探讨信息推送服务用户接受现状的基础上,基于技术接受模型和任务技术适配模型,探讨推送服务品质、用户信息需求强度、平台用户黏性、推送服务品质与用户信息需求适配、平台用户黏性与用户信息需求适配对图书馆信息推送服务用户接受的影响,构建信息推送用户接受模型并进行实证研究。
This paper studies the current situation of user acceptance of library intormation push service ant] discusses the quality of push service, information needs of users, and the stickiness of user to service platform on the basis of technology acceptance model and task-technology fit model; then it analyzes the impacts that the [it between information needs of users and the quality of push service, as well as the fit between infurmation needs of users and the stickiness to service platform have on user acceptance; finally, the authors construct a user acceptance model of library information push service and do an empirical research on it.
