铁基非晶粉体/S-玻璃纤维/环氧树脂复合材料板制备及其吸波性能 被引量:2

Absorbing properties of Fe-based amorphous powders/S-glass fiber reinforced epoxy composite material panels

摘要 制备了铁基非晶粉体/S-玻璃纤维/环氧树脂复合材料板,采用波导法测定了复合材料的电磁参数。研究表明,复合材料板吸波机理主要以磁损耗为主,所制备的复合材料板中,当非晶粉体含量为66.7 wt%,厚度为5 mm时具有最佳的综合性能,密度为2.1g/cm3,抗拉强度为290 MPa,有效反射损耗(优于-10B)的频宽达到了2.2 GHz(15.8~18GHz)。 Fe-based amorphous powders/S-glass fiber reinforced epoxy composite material panels were pre-pared based on previous procedure.In this study,the waveguide method was used to measure the electro-magnetic parameters of composite material panels.The results showed that amorphous powders were even-ly distributed between the layers of M-glass fibers.The main absorbing mechanism of composite material panels was the magnetic loss.For the sample with amorphous powder content of 66.7wt% and 5mm thick-ness present the best comprehensive properties,with a density of 2.1 g/cm3,tensile strength for 290 MPa, the effective bandwidth (better than -10 dB)achieved 2.2 GHz (15.8~18 GHz).
