摘要
文章对流花4-1油田水下生产管汇安装过程中所遇到的海床条件变化问题进行了分析研究,得出了海床条件变化的原因是钻井过程中泥浆堆积引起的这一结论,并进一步研究提出了测量海床泥浆覆盖层厚度的方法,进而找到了新的最佳的管汇安装位置,并通过水下平整海床技术的成功运用,最终解决了因海床不平导致的生产管汇水下安装不能满足要求的问题,可为同类海床问题的处理提供借鉴。此外,还总结了水下生产管汇设计应用的几种基盘形式及其适用的海床条件和使用环境。
Thorough the study and analysis on seabed geotechnical change problem arising from the subsea installation of the production manifold in Liuhua 4- 1 development project,the reason of the seabed geotechnical change is concluded as the result of well drilling mud accumulation,an innovative way of measuring seabed mud coverage depth is applied and a new installation location is determined,then the seabed leveling technique is successfully used. The production manifold is finally installed with satisfaction by applying these techniques. In addition,several mudmat forms and theirapplicable seabed conditions and environments are summarized.
