摘要
研究染色温度、染色后氧化时间、渗透剂质量浓度对牛角瓜纤维靛蓝染色得色深度(K/S值)和上染率的影响,以及牛角瓜纤维中的果胶、蜡质对其染色性能的影响。通过试验,优化了牛角瓜纤维靛蓝染料染色的氧化工艺,染色温度20℃左右(即常温)、氧化时间8 min、渗透剂0.4 g/L以上;牛角瓜纤维经过前处理去除果胶、脂蜡质等杂质后,靛蓝染料染色K/S值与上染率有所提高。
In this study, the influences of dyeing temperature, oxidation time and dosage of penetrating agent on K/S value and dye-uptake in indigo dyeing of akund fibers are discussed. Furthermore, the effects of pectin and wax of akund fibers on dyeing property are also researched. The results show that the optimal oxidation conditions is that the dyeing temperature about 20 ℃, oxidation time 8 min, and penetrating agent is more than 0.4 g/L. The K/S value and dye-uptake will be improved after akund fibers pretreatment.
