摘要
目的明确某原油管道工程建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,对建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查等方法进行综合分析和评价。结果该项目在正常运行过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有非甲烷总烃、溶剂汽油、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、硫化氢、氨、噪声、微波辐射和工频电场等,维检修过程中存在的职业病危害因素有电焊烟尘、砂轮磨尘、锰及其化合物、一氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、臭氧、噪声、紫外辐射等,检测结果除泄压罐区非甲烷总烃浓度及电焊烟尘定点检测结果超标外,其余均符合国家职业接触限值的要求。该项目在职业病危害防护措施、个人使用的职业病防护用品、建筑卫生学、辅助用室和职业卫生管理措施等方面基本符合职业卫生的要求,在应急救援和职业病危害警示标识的设置方面有待进一步完善。结论该建设项目采取的职业病危害防护设施控制效果基本符合国家职业卫生标准和要求。
[Objective]To identify the occupational hazards existed in a crude oil project,and evaluate its control effect.[Methods]A comprehensive evaluation method was used in this study,including occupational health field investigation,occupational hazards detection and occupational health examination method.[Results]The main occupational hazards existed in the normal operation of the project were the NMHC,solvent gasoline,benzene,toluene,xylene,hydrogen sulfide,ammonia,noise,microwave radiation and power frequency electric field. The main occupational hazards in repair and maintenance operation were welding fumes,grinding wheel dust,manganese and its compounds,carbon monoxide,nitrogen oxide,nitrogen dioxide,ozone,noise,ultraviolet radiation,etc. The detection results showed that the concentration of NMHC in the relief tank and welding fume fixed-point test results exceeded the national standards,the rest were in line with the requirements of national occupational exposure limits. The project basically met the occupational health requirements in the occupational hazards protective measures and personal prevention articles,building hygiene,auxiliary room and the occupational health management measures,but emergency rescue and the setting of occupational hazard warning signs should be further improved. [Conclusion]The control effect of protection facilities against occupational hazards in the construction project basically meets the national occupational health standards and requirements.
