摘要
福建省是中国重要的茶叶产地,茶业也是其传统产业、特色产业和支柱产业。通过对相关文献的回顾与梳理,介绍福建茶业的发展现状,总结其发展过程中的成功经验,指出了其中存在的问题,并对未来发展趋势进行了展望。
Fujian province is an important origin of tea producing, while tea industry is also its traditional industry, specialty industry and pillar industry. Based on the literature reviewing and combing, this paper concerned the development status of Fujian tea industry, summarized the successful experience during the development process, and then indicated the existing problems, finally looked forward the development trend in the future.
