摘要
针对Ni基高温合金GH4169的钎焊性较差的问题,通过试验验证表面镀镍处理能提高BNi82CrSiB钎料对GH4169的润湿性,并能改善钎焊接头的强度和填充率,从而提高GH4169的钎焊性,改进钎焊质量。
Aiming at the problem of low brazability of GH4169, the wetting that between BNi82 CrSiB and GH4169 is improved by plating nickel. The results show that the mechanical and fillability properties for brazed and soldered joint are improved at the same time. The brazability and brazing quality of steel GH4169 is improved.
