摘要
不同退火温度条件下,适当降低Si含量的同时提高Mn含量,并添加微量Sb,研究了Mn、Sb元素对无取向硅钢组织和磁性能的影响。结果表明:适当降低Si含量后,随Mn含量增加,热轧板再结晶比例增加,成品表面质量改善,P15/50和B50降低;微量Sb在改善织构的同时也会细化晶粒,导致P15/50和B50同时增加。
The effects of Mn and Sb on the microstructure and magnetic properties of non-oriented silicon steel were studied by reducing the content of Si properly, increasing the content of Mn and adding slight Sb with different annealing temperature. The results show that through increasing Mn content after reducing Si content, the hot-rolled plate recrystallization ratio increases, the product surface quality improves, P 15/50 and B50 decreases. The texture improves and the grain size is refined with slight Sb, which can result in the increase of P15/50 and B50, simultaneously.
