摘要
研究了不同锰含量对高铁铝硅合金组织和性能的影响。利用SEM、XRD和光学显微镜分析了合金铸态下的不同金相组织;检测了锰含量对铸态下的合金抗拉强度的影响。结果表明:在A1-22wt%Si-3wt%Fe-xMn合金中,随锰含量增加,富铁相的形貌发生变化,由细长的针条状富铁相逐步转变为鱼骨状的富铁相,最后转变为块状的富铁相;在Mn/Fe=0.6~1中,存在晶粒较小且棱角圆滑的块状富铁相,是最好的铁相形貌;当Mn/Fe=0.6时,试样的抗拉强度达150MPa。
The microstructure and mechanical property of Fe-containing hypereutectic A1-Si alloy with different content of Mn were studied. SEM, XRD and metallographic microscrope were adopted to analyze the different phase of metalgraph as-cast. The results show that the tensile strength of the alloy changes with different content of Mn. The iron-rich phase morphology changes from elongated needle strip into herringbone, and finally into the massive with the increase of manganese content in the alloy of A1-22wt%Si-3wt%Fe-xMn. In the amount of Mn/Fe=0.6-1, there is the block iron-rich phase of smaller grain size and smooth edges, which is best iron phase morphology. Besides, when the ration of Mn/Fe is 0.6, the alloy has the maxium tensile strength of 150 MPa.
