汽车盘簧断裂失效分析

Failure Analysis of Coil Spring Fracture of Automobile

摘要 汽车盘簧采用材料60Si2Mn,在服役10 h后盘簧发生断裂。为分析断裂原因,利用宏观分析、光学显微镜和扫描电镜对断裂样品的断口与显微组织进行综合分析。结果表明:断裂样品硬度偏低,断口为脆性断裂,显微组织中存在较多铁素体及夹杂,并观察到大量的显微裂纹。 Coil springs of automobile were made from 60Si2Mn. And fractures happened aider 10 h. In order to find the reason, the microstructure and fracture appearance of coil spring were analyzed by macro analysis, OM and SEM. The results show that the hardness of samples is low, the fractography is brittle fracture, and there are much ferrite and inclusions in the microstructure where a large of micro-cracks appear.
