胰蛋白酶与胰腺癌疼痛及其患者生存期的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨胰腺癌患者血清胰蛋白酶表达水平与疼痛程度及生存周期关系。方法按视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)对胰腺癌患者进行分组,取外周血标本,采用ELISA法检测血清胰蛋白酶并进行免疫组织化学分析,同时比较胰蛋白酶原基因启动子区域(rs10273639)不同基因型与患者生存周期的关系。结果胰腺癌患者的血清胰蛋白酶浓度显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且VAS≥5分组的患者高于VAS<5分胰腺癌组,胰腺癌组织的胰蛋白酶水平高于远离癌的正常组织;rs10273639 C/T基因型患者生存周期显著高于rs10273639 C/C基因型患者。结论血清胰蛋白酶测定可用于无创性监测肿瘤发生、发展,有望成为新一代胰腺癌标志物,rs10273639 C/T基因型与胰腺癌患者的生存周期密切相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship of pancreatic cancer patients' serum trypsin protease with the level of pain and survival period.Methods All patients with pancreatic cancer were grouped according to visual analogue scores (VAS),and ELISA was used to detect serum trypsin and subjected to immunohistochemical analysis,at the same time,the relationship between different genotypes of trypsinogen gene promoter region (rs10273639) and the survival period was compared.Results Serum trypsin concentration was higher of pancreatic cancer patients than that of normal controls,and the concentration in the VAS ≥ 5 group was higher than that in VAS < 5 pancreatic cancer group,trypsin level in pancreatic cancer tissue was higher than that in normal tissue away from cancer; survival period of rs10273639 genotype C/T patients was significantly higher than that in rs10273639 C/C.Conclusion Serum trypsin determination can be used for noninvasive monitoring of tumor development,it is expected to become a new generation of pancreatic cancer marker,rs10273639 in patients with C/T genotype and the survival period of pancreatic cancer are closely related.
