摘要
目的：探讨高职护生个人职业生涯规划现状及影响因素。方法采用一般情况调查表、高职护生职业生涯规划调查问卷进行现况调查，并分析其影响因素。结果高职护生个人职业生涯规划总均分（2．89±0．36）分；逐步回归分析表明“曾否接受职业规划教育”“对护理专业的满意度”“是否担任过学生干部”“性别”及“是否独生子女”对高职护生个人职业生涯规划总分有影响。结论高职护生职业生涯规划现状呈中等满意程度且受多种因素影响，高等护理教育应重视护生的个人职业生涯规划辅导，提高护生的专业满意度和认同感。
Objective To study the status of personal career planning of higher vocational nursing students and analyze its related factors .Methods General information and career planning questionnaire were used to survey, then its influencing factors were analyzed .Results The total score of personal career planning of the students was （2.89 ±0.36）.Stepwise regression analysis showed that ‘whether taking career planning education or not ’ ,‘satisfaction on the nursing profession ’ , ‘whether working as a student cadre or not ’ ,‘gender ’ ,‘whether the only child ’ were the important factors of their career planning .Conclusions The profession satisfaction level of higher vocational nursing students is in medium , and it is affected by various factors.Higher nursing education should pay more attention to nursing students ’ personal career planning guidance, so as to improve nursing students ’ professional satisfaction and sense of identity .
