提出政府全力建设专利分析服务平台,免费提供专利信息、专利分析,包括产业行业结构调整,以及重点领域技术的专利地图、专利战略的提供,协助企业进行专利分析,引导企业技术走向,使企业从中获取利益。在专利分析服务平台中了解掌握专利分析,构建专利分析团队,从而达到缩短研发时间、减少研发经费,高效创新,获取最大经济效益。
This paper puts forward the government committed the patent analysis service platform, provid- ed free patent information, patent analysis, including industry, industry structure adjustment, technology trend analysis, the key technology in the field of patent map, patent strategy to provide guidance for the en- terprise.
