摘要
衡量科技投入和科技产出的指标众多,除了考察其投入产出的综合效率,还需要进一步分析不同指标及指标组合对综合效率的贡献。此外,研究不同工业行业的科技投入产出效率的分布特征,对相关部门因地制宜,制定适合工业行业长远发展的科技促进措施有一定的借鉴意义。文章以济南市工业行业为例,运用了数据包络分析方法(DEA)对其科技投入产出效率进行了全面评价,并通过层次聚类分析,掌握了DEA技术效率在不同工业行业中分布特征,且根据研究结果提出了有针对性的措施和建议。
Though the indexes to measure science and technology input-output are numerous, it is necessary to analyze, in addition to comprehensive efficiency, the contribution that different indexes and index groups make to comprehensive efficiency. Moreover, the study of distribution characteristics of science and technology input-output efficiency in different industrial sectors has certain reference significance to making science and technology promoting measures suitable for long-term envelopment analysis (DEA) industrial development.
