斜齿轮齿向修形对承载能力的影响

摘要 以某钢厂1580热连轧机减速机斜齿轮为研究对象,建立减速机斜齿轮的Pro/E参数化三维模型,根据斜齿轮啮合原理,对三维模型实现了无干涉装配。利用有限元分析软件,得到啮合齿接触带中心位于不同位置时齿轮的齿根最大弯曲应力和齿面最大接触应力。通过对比不同齿向修形参数下斜齿轮的应力值,确定了最佳齿向修形长度,为硬齿面斜齿轮的设计加工提供有价值的参考。 With the reducer helical gear of 1580 hot rolling mill in a certain steel plant as the research object ,a three‐dimensional parameterized model of the reducer helical gear was established by Pro/E software .Based on the meshing theory of the helical gears ,the three‐dimensional model was assem‐bled with non‐interference .Aided by finite element analysis software ,the maximum stress of root and the maximum contact stress of tooth surface were obtained when the center of the meshing tooth contact zone is in different locations .By comparing various bevel gear modification parameters under the stress value ,the optimum tooth profile modification length is determined ,which is of great signif‐icance for the design of hardened helical gear .
