摘要
以新型立式磨粉机减速器箱体为研究对象,运用SolidWorks创建减速器箱体三维模型,对该模型作简化处理.利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件建立减速器箱体的有限元模型,对该有限元模型进行模态分析和谐响应分析,得到减速器箱体的前6阶固有频率、主振型以及谐响应曲线图,据此对其固有频率和主振型进行分析,并通过实验验证了仿真结果的正确性,提出避免发生共振的相应措施.
The new-type vertical milling machine was taken as the research object,and the 3 D model of gearbox was created by SolidWorks and the model was simplified.By using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,we established the finite element model of gearbox.After the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis for the finite element model of gearbox,we could obtain natural frequency of preceding six orders,vibration mode and harmonic response curve.According to the natural frequency and main vibration mode analysis,meanwhile the analysis of experiments verified the correctness of the simulation results and thecorresponding measures were put forward to avoid the resonance.
