摘要
目前, 我国农产品物流发展尚处于初级阶段, 农产品物流效率低下已成为制约我国农业现代化和农村经济发展的“瓶颈”。 以 2003-2011 年我国 23 个省、 市、 自治区的面板数据为观测样本, 采用随机前沿方法对比分析了不同区域的农产品物流效率。 结果显示: 我国农产品物流技术效率从 2003~2011 年基本处于停滞状态, 中部地区效率水平相对最高, 东部次之, 西部最低; 要素投入方面, 物流资本投入不足成为发展全国农产品物流的主要障碍, 中部地区加大物流人力投入的举措虽已发挥出积极的作用, 但总的说来农产品物流的地区发展是极不平衡的。 据此, 为改善和提高我国的农产品物流效率提供了具体的对策建议。
At present, the development of the agricultural products logistics in China is still at its early stage. Its low efficiency has become a bottleneck that is restricting the agricultural modernization and rural economic development in our country. After collecting the panel data of 23 provinces from 2003 to 2011, we compare the agricultural products logistics efficiency of different regions by using the method of stochastic frontier approach. It showed that the agricultural products logistics efficiency of our country was stagnant from 2003 to 2011. The technical efficiency level of the middle region is relatively higher than that of the eastern region, while the technical efficiency level of the western region is the lowest. In terms of inputs, insufficient capital investment has become the main obstacle of developing national agricultural products logistics.Although the increasing investment in logistic human resource starts to play a positive role to promote the agricultural products logistics in the middle region, on the whole, the development of agricultural products logistics is extremely unbalanced. Based on these results, the article proposed some suggestions to improve and enhance the efficiency of the agricultural products logistics in China.
