摘要
介绍了长江航道120m跨模型实验厅铸钢球节点试验,对铸钢球节点实施了足尺检验性加载试验并进行了有限元数值分析。试验过程中运用ABAQUS有限元软件对铸钢球节点进行弹性分析,对铸钢球节点的受力性能给出了更全面的评估。试验表明长江航道120m跨模型实验厅铸钢球节点是安全可靠的,节点具有充足的强度储备。
The test of the cast steel ball joints of 120m-span model test hall was introduced, and full-scaleloading tests for the cast steel ball joints were completed, so as to the simulation by ABAQUS. Thebearing capacity supplied by experimental and simulation results with elastic analysis for cast steel balljoints was assessed comprehensively. The test results show that the cast steel ball joints are reliable andsafe.
