摘要
以黑柴胡为试材,研究了不同浓度硫酸锰浸种对黑柴胡种子萌发及萌发过程中种子生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:0.25-1.00g/L的硫酸锰处理提高了黑柴胡种子的发芽率和发芽势,其中以0.50g/L浓度处理效果最好。与清水对照相比,硫酸锰浸种处理后黑柴胡种子电导率降低,这表明硫酸锰处理能促进膜系统的修复;此外,硫酸锰浸种后黑柴胡种子呼吸速率、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量及淀粉酶活性均提高,从而为种子萌发提供能源和物质基础。
Taking Bupleururn smithii Wolff. seeds as materials, the effects of MnSO4 soaking on the seeds germination of Bupleururn srnithii Wolff. were studied and some physiological characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that, 0. 25-1.00 g/L MnSO4 soaking could improve seeds germination rate and germination potential of Bupleurum smithii Wolff. The positive effect of 0. 50 g/L MnSO4 was the best. Compared with the control,the relative electric conductivity was decreased after MnSO4 soaking, which indicated that MnSO4 soaking could improve the repairing of membrane. In addition, the respiratory rate, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, a-amylase activity and β-amylase activity were increased after MnSO4 soaking,which could provide a better energy and material basis for seeds germination.
