摘要
目的 观察分析舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚对老年人术中和术后镇痛的效果,为临床提供参考.方法 选择288例胸外科手术治疗的老年患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法平均分成对照组和观察组,观察组给予舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚给药,对照组给予丙泊酚单独给药,比较两组老年患者术中和术后镇痛效果.结果 给药前、睫毛反射消失所用时间、术中及术毕时两组患者的收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、心率（HR）和脉搏血氧饱和度（SPO2）比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.观察组优占81.25％,良占17.36％,差占1.39％,对照组优占66.67％,良占28.47％,差占4.86％,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组术后12、24、36、48 h的VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,观察组满意率为96.53％,明显高于对照组的84.72％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组满意度评分（96.33±6.28）分,明显高于对照组的（83.98±7.21）分,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 丙泊酚与舒芬太尼联合应用能够有效提高术中麻醉效果及术后镇痛效果,是一种安全有效的麻醉方法.
Objective To observe the analgesia effect of sufentanil combined with propofol on intraoperative and postoperative elderly patients,and thas provide reference for clinical practice.Methods Two hundred and eighty-eight elderly patients with thoracic surgery were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and observation group.Svofentanil combined with propofol and propofol alone in control group.Results There was no significant difference in SBP,DBP,HR or SpO2 between the two groups （P 〉 0.05） before administration hepatectomy and after operation.In the observation group,exellent 81.25%,good 17.36%,bad 1.39% ; in the control group,excellent 66.67%,good 28.47%,kad 4.86%,and difference oxists（P 〈 0.05）.The 12、24、36、48 h VAS score postoperative in observation group are different from contrd group.The satisfaction score of observation group is 96.53%,which is much higher than 84.72% in contool group.The difference is significant（P 〈0.05）.In the observation group,the satisfaction score was（96.33 ± 6.28）%,which was significantly higher than that in control group[（83.98 ± 7.21）%],the difference was statistically significant.The level of anesthesia effect in operation and the level of analgesia after operation was significantly higher in observation group.Conclusions Sufentanil combined with propofol can effectively improve the anesthesia effect during operation and the analgesia effect after operation,and it is a safe and reliable method of anesthesia.
