摘要
针对大学生就业创业能力不强的问题。采用调查归纳法和实证研判分析法,突破传统就业指导模式,从合作教育全新视角讨论大学生就业创业能力提升问题,为大学生就业创业能力的提升探索可行的路径。对于推进合作教育人才培养模式实践探索,提升人才培养质量,提升大学生就业创业能力具有十分积极的理论和现实价值。
In view of the inadequate employability and entrepreneurship of university students, an inductive and empirical study was made to break through the traditional mode of employment guidance and probes into practical ways of promoting students＇ employment competence from a brand new perspective of cooperative education. The research will offer theoretical and practical significance in promoting the exploration of talents training mode of cooperation education, improve the quality of personnel trained, and promote employability and entrepreneurship of university students.
