摘要
国家对烟尘排放管理日趋严格,新国标要求一次除尘烟囱排放浓度在50 mg/m3以内,针对现有转炉湿法除尘的优化改造已势在必行。宝钢一炼钢一次除尘系统将原有的二级文氏管除尘系统改为更高效的喷淋环缝洗涤系统,改造获得成功。具体描述了在原有的设备空间位置,如何选用更高效的除尘方案、合理设计系统参数的过程。改造后,一次除尘烟囱排放浓度在30 mg/m3以内,达到了改造预期目标。
With the strict management on the dust emission,the emission potency must be controlled under 50 mg /m^3 in the chimney exit of first dust collection according to the new national standard.The equipment upgrading of wet dust collection is now under such a circumstance.The successful revamping experience of first dust collection in Baosteel 's first steelmaking plant is introduced.The project is mainly focus on the replacement of the system from the two grades venturi tube to drenching-annular gap dust collection.To solve the problem of the exceeding of the emission potency,the paper mainly discribes how to select more effective plan of dust collection and how to design reasonable system parameters on basis of the space position of the original equipment.As a result of the revamping,the emission potency is under 30 mg /m^3 in the chimney exit of first dust collection,which means the project achieves the goal.
