脊柱骨盆矢状面平衡的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 人类特有的腰椎前凸及脊柱连续弯曲、髋和膝关节伸直、足弓及肌肉动力系统改变,形成特有的脊柱骨盆形态和位置关系.从稳定的四足支撑进化到支持面更小的人类两足机制,必须维持平衡才能节省能量符合功率学.人体重心和重心线(GL)是地面和躯干、骨盆、下肢链相互作用的结果,正常人在测力平台上安静站立时,GL投影在包括两足底在内的两足间的支持面上,GL投射到脊柱全长侧位X线片上,一般经股骨头中心稍偏后、骶骨稍前.脊柱骨盆矢状面平衡对脊柱疾患有重要影响,为了便于测量,目前一般测量站立位脊柱全长X线片来评估矢状面平衡。
