重复经颅磁刺激治疗重性抑郁障碍的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 重性抑郁障碍(major depression disorder,MDD)作为一种常见、可致残的疾病,常给患者带来极差的生活质量及沉重的经济负担。重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranialmagnetic stimulation,r TMS)是一种无创、安全、操作简便的神经电生理技术,通过影响情绪调节神经回路、降低下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺轴敏感性等作用而达到治疗MDD的目的[1]。2008年美国食品和药物管理局(Food and Drug Ad-ministration,FDA)正式批准r TMS可用于治疗MDD,
