摘要
教师人力资源是大学组织的核心资源,对提高大学人才培养质量、提升科学研究水平、增强社会服务和文化传承创新能力、推动大学的发展起着决定性作用。知识的共享性、大学的学科化和教师个体的有限性决定了教师人力资源的可增值性。学术制度、大学文化和教师个体发展等因素影响和决定着大学学术生产的效能。只有坚持"以人为本"的人力资源管理理念,通过人力资源管理体制和运行机制创新,才能充分发展大学的学术生产力,较好地实现教师人力资源的增值。
Teacher human resources are the core of university resources to improve the quality of talents training, improve scientific research and social services. It plays a decisive role in promoting the development of university. Knowledge sharing, subject differentiation and limitations of individual university teacher determines that teacher's human resources can be incremental. Academic institution, university culture and teachers' individual development and other factors determine the effectiveness of university academic production. Hence, only by adhering to the people-oriented concept, through human resource management system and operational mechanism innovation, the academic productivity of university could be fully developed, and the added-value of teacher resources could be well achieved.
