摘要
教师学习是教师发展的重要转向。费曼·内姆斯是教师学习研究的先锋,其研究主要围绕初任教师学习教学问题展开。根据她独特的教师学习理论,可以探析出其教师学习的思想。她的思想主要体现在:教师学习的连续统一论;职前职后学习过程的五阶段论;共享身份假设等教师学习的影响因素论。这对我国教师学习研究具有现实的启发意义。
Teacher learning is an important direction of teacher development. Feiman-Nemser is a pioneer of teacher learning research. Her theory is mainly about how beginning teacher learn to teach. The paper expounds on three aspects : the continuum theory of teacher learning, the five stage teacher learning process theory, the affecting factor theory of teacher learning. Those ideas can give us some enlightenments on thinking the same problem of our own country.
