摘要
研究了W18Cr4V高速钢在电磁场环境下的摩擦特性。结果表明,在运动副发生相对移动时会产生附着在接触表面的氧化物。受电磁场强度影响,附着氧化物将会粘连在高速钢表面。同时,随着电磁场强度的增大,在锌黄铜销上面磨损产生的铜和铁的氧化物减少,而高速钢表面的附着物增加。而且,装卡装置的磁性对实验结果影响较大。
The friction characteristics of high speed steel W18Cr4V in the electromagnetic environment were investigated. The results show that the oxides attached to the contact surface are produced dring the relative movement of deputy campaign. The attached oxides will adhere in high speed steel surface in electromagnetic field. And the oxides of Cu and Fe on the zinc brass pin decrease with the increase of the electromagnetic field strength, but the attachments on the surface of the high speed steel increase. And the magnetism of card installed devices has a great effect on the experimental results.
