摘要
为了确定铝合金汽车轮毂压铸生产的工艺参数,为实际生产提供可靠的依据,采用模拟铸造软件ProCAST对其压铸成形过程进行数值模拟研究,对初始工艺参数下充型及凝固过程的模拟结果进行分析,对可能产生的缺陷进行预测。最后,对初始工艺参数作出相应的优化及改进。
In order to determine the final production process parameters of aluminum alloy automobile wheel hub castings, and provide reliable basis for the practical production. The die casting shaping process of filling and solidification of the aluminum alloy wheel hub was simulated by casting simulation software ProCAST. The simulation results of the filling and solidification process in the initial process parameters were analyzed, and the possible defects were predicted. Finally, the initial process parameters were optimized and improved.
