摘要
洋葱作为亚洲地区传统的药食两用植物,其营养价值和保健功效已得到国内外的普遍认可。文章介绍洋葱的营养成分,综述洋葱的抗癌、抗氧化、抗血栓、抗血小板凝集、抗糖尿病及抗菌等保健功效的研究现状及进展,并对洋葱功能性产品的开发前景进行展望。
Onions is a traditional medicine and food plants in Asia. The nutritional value and health function of onion has been widely recognized at home and abroad. The paper introduced the nutrition composition of onion, summarized the advances and actuality in the studies of onion health function, such as anticancer, antioxidation, antithrombotic, anti-platelet agglutinating, antidiabetic, antibiosis and so on. The development prospect of onion functional products was also forecasted.
