摘要
每种道德理论都有其运用范围,大者遍及宇宙,小者仅涉及行动者自身。然而一种合理的道德理论的运用范围,一方面要具有理论的内部一致性;另一方面不能是反事实的。斯坎伦式道德契约主义立足于道德义务,通过委托关系,对道德契约主义的"反事实指控"做出了较为有力的回应。
Every theory of morality is usually applied to some certain scope. Sometimes the scope is as board as the tmiverse, and sometimes is as arrow as the agent himself. A reasonable moral theory must satisfy the two requirements： on the one hand, it isn＇t self-contradictory; on the other hand, it isn＇ t eounterfactual. Based on moral obligations, Thomas Scanlon＇s moral eontraetualism answers its counterfactual charge reasonably with trustship.
