摘要
通过脱水、磺化和离子交换处理,制备一种新的离子交换型载银PVA非织造布,其优化的制备工艺为:脱水温度160℃,脱水时间90 min;磺化温度90℃,磺化时间70 min。采用摇瓶振荡接触法测定离子交换型载银PVA非织造布的抗菌活性,结果表明:该载银PVA非织造布的Ag+交换量为2.29 mg/g,30 min内对E.coli K12 W3110和S.aureus IFO 12732的杀菌率均达90%以上,2 h内均达到99%,比吸附型载银PVA非织造布的抗菌活性高一倍。
A novel ion exchange type silver-loaded PVA nonwoven fabric is prepared with dehydration re- action of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) followed by sulfonation and silver ion exchange. The optimum prepara- tion process of silver-loaded nonwoven fabric is: dehydrating at 160 ℃ for 90 min and suffocation at 90 ℃ for 70 rain. Antibacterial characteristics are investigated with Shake Flask Test. The results indicate that Ag* exchange capacity of silver-loaded nonwoven fabric is 2.29 mg/g and the sterilization rate against both E.coli K12 W3110 and S. aureus IFO 12732 are higher than 90% within 30 min and 99% with- in 2 h respectively. The anti-bacterial efficiency of ion exchange type silver-loaded PVA nonwoven fabric is twice of absorbing type silver-loaded PVA nonwoven fabric.
