摘要
为了研究添加剂对苜蓿的青贮品质及营养成分的影响,试验选取3种不同添加剂(甲酸、丙酸钙、双乙酸钠)进行苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)青贮试验,研究发酵品质及营养成分的变化,用中国荷斯坦奶牛作为试验动物,通过60 d的饲养试验,观察甲酸苜蓿青贮对低质粗饲料条件下奶牛产奶性能的影响。结果表明:3种添加剂中添加甲酸效果最佳,蛋白质损失小,酸性洗涤纤维与中性洗涤纤维含量低,青贮品质好;另外,甲酸苜蓿青贮可提高奶牛的产奶量,但对乳成分的影响不大。说明青贮添加剂可以有效改善苜蓿青贮的品质,获得品质优良的苜蓿青贮料。
To study the effects of the additives on the quality and nutritional components of alfalfa silage, three different additives including for- mie acid, calcium propionate, sodium diacetate were selected and used for alfalfa (Medicago sativa L. ) silage test, and then the fermentation quality and the changes in the nutritional components of alfalfa were investigated. The Chinese Holstein cows were selected as test animals, and then the effects of alfalfa silage treated with formic acid on lactating performance of dairy cows were observed under the condition of low - quality roughage through 60 d feeding trials. The results showed that formic acid had the best additional effect among three kinds of additives, showing a small loss in protein, low acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber with good silage quality. In addition, alfalfa silage treated with formic acid could increase milk production, but had little effect on milk composition. The results indicate that silage additives can be effective in im- proving the quality of alfalfa silage, obtaining excellent quality of alfalfa silage.
