口腔灌注^(14)C标记类胡萝卜素后三黄鸡血液中放射性物质含量的变化

摘要 为了建立血液中类胡萝卜素随时间变化的动态曲线,进一步探讨三黄鸡对β-胡萝卜素和叶黄素的沉积机理,试验采用口腔灌注的给药方式供给三黄鸡一定量自制的放射性β-胡萝卜素和放射性黄体素叶黄素,检测了三黄鸡静脉血液中的放射性物质含量。结果表明:三黄鸡血清中放射性β-胡萝卜素比叶黄素提前8 h达到峰值,放射性β-胡萝卜素在血液中仅停留不足4 h,放射性叶黄素在血液中可以保留时间较长(达8 h)。 To establish the time - varying dynamic curve of carotenoids in the blood, and deeply investigate the accumulation mechanism of radi- oactive β - carotene ( βC ) and radioactive lutein in Sanhuang chicken. The contents of radioactive substances in the venous blood of Sanhuang chicken were measured after giving a certain amount of self - made 14C -βC and 14C - lutein by oral perfusion. The result showed that 14C - βC in the serum of Sanhuang chicken peaked 8 h earlier than 14C - lutein. 14C - βC was only kept less than 4 h in the blood, but 14C - Lutein could be kept longer time up to 8 h in the blood.
