摘要
目的 观察准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术（（LASEK）治疗高度近视的近期疗效.方法 LASEK治疗高度近视65例122眼,屈光度-7.0～-16.0D,随访3～6月.结果 术后第3月角膜haze≤1级117眼（95.90％）,＞1级5眼（4.1％）;裸眼视力113眼（92.62％）≥0.8,92眼（75.41％）≥1.0.术后第6月角膜haze≤1级120眼（98.36％）,＞1级2眼（1.64％）;裸眼视力109眼（89.34％）≥0 8,89眼（72.95％）≥1 0.结论 LASEK为治疗高度近视提供了一种新的方法,避免了LASIK角膜瓣并发症,同时减轻了PRK后的疼痛和角膜haze,但是其长期的安全性、有效性、稳定性有待进一步研究.
Objective To observe the effect of LASEK in high myopia. Methods 65 cases （122 eyes） with spherical equivalent range-7.0 to-16.0 diopters （D） were treated by LASEK. Results At 3 months postoperatively,corneal haze of grade 1 or lower developed in 117 eyes （95.9 %）, haze of grade 2 or higher were found in 5 eyes. Visual acuity of 0.8 or higher developed in 113 eyes （92.62%）,and among the 113 eyes,92 eyes got visual acuity of 1.0. At 6 months postoperatively,haze of grade 1 or lower were observed in 120 eyes,only 2 eyes were higher than that. 89 eyes with visual acuity of 1.0 or higher were contained in 109 eyes with visual acuity of 0.8 or higher. Conclusions LASEK has some benefits for high myopia,this kind of surgery avoid the complication of corneal flap, and reduce the pain and corneal haze post-PRK. Future more data are required to evaluate the safety,efficacy and stability.
