激光焊接热源和焊速对温度场影响的数值模拟 被引量:9

摘要 利用不同的工艺参数,进行A304不锈钢薄板激光对焊试验。建立了激光焊接的三维有限元模型,通过有限元方法,分析了热源模型和焊接速度对激光焊接过程中温度场和熔池形状的影响。结果显示,热源和焊速对温度场和熔池形状有很大影响,应用旋转高斯曲面热源模型得到的熔池形状与试验结果吻合良好。 Laser welding experiment on A304 stainless steel sheet was performed in this research, different process parameters were employed in the experiment.And a three-dimensional finite element model about laser beam welding was constructed.The method of finite element was adopted to analyze the effect of heat source model and welding speed on the temperature field and mohen pool shape in the process of laser beam welding.The results showed that heat source model and welding speed had significant influence on the temperature field and molten pool shape.The molten pool shape acquired under the rotary-Gauss body heat source model was in good agreement with experiment results.
