微型钢板内固定治疗第一跖骨骨折26例 被引量：2

摘要 [目的]观察微型钢板治疗第一跖骨骨折的疗效.[方法]对26例患者行切开复位、微型钛板螺钉内固定术.术后予应用抗生素、脱水消肿及红外线照射等治疗,并配合功能锻炼.[结果]术后随访1年,1例失访,患者跖趾关节伸屈活动良好,功能恢复正常.骨折愈合时间10～15月,平均10.8月;按美国足踝矫形协会（AOFAS）前足评分标准：优18例,良6例,可1例,差1例.总体优良率为92.3％.[结论]应用微型钢板治疗第一跖骨骨折,具有并发症少、功能恢复好的优点,配合术后早期功能锻炼,疗效满意.
