潜山地层欠平衡取心技术在乍得H区的应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对乍得地区潜山地层可钻性差、取心工具无法投球、潜山地层极易堵心、堵心时信息无法及时反馈等问题,研制了适用于潜山地层的CQY172-101-QPH型欠平衡取心工具。取心现场应用结果表明,井下投球成功率达到100%,防堵心系统运行稳定,提高取心钻进机械钻速1.4倍,钻头平均寿命增加2倍,取心收获率提高至95.1%,远远高于60%的行业标准。研究结果表明,利用液压原理设计欠平衡投球接头,针对易堵心地层研制防堵心系统,优化设计潜山地层专用PDC取心钻头,为潜山地层欠平衡取心提供了新的技术支持。 As to the poor drillability of buried hill formation in Chad Region,coring tools cannot drop the ball,core is easily blocked,and the information could not obtain in time when blockage happens,CQY172-101-QPH underbalanced coring tools was developed for buried hill formation. Result of the Coring tools applications showed that the success rate of ball dropping was 100%,anti-block system was stable,the ROP of coring improved 1. 4 times,average life of bit tripled,recovery of core raised to 95. 1%,which were much higher than the industry standard 60%. The underbalanced ball joint using hydraulic pressure,anti-block system,optimized PDC coring bit for buried hill formation provides a new technical support for underbalanced coring for buried hill formation.
