摘要 在油气开采过程中普遍存在石油管材CO2腐蚀破坏的情况,目前对于CO2腐蚀防护最有效的方式仍是使用耐蚀合金,含Cr钢是油田常用的一类耐蚀管材,对于含Cr钢的腐蚀研究一直是油气田用户关注的焦点。根据油气田CO2腐蚀的特征及选材,介绍了低Cr钢、13Cr/超级13Cr不锈钢、双相钢等油田常见的几种耐蚀管材的CO2腐蚀研究进展,并提出了含Cr钢开发和研究存在的问题,为油气田耐蚀管材的选择提供一定的参考。 CO2 corrosion damage to petroleum tubular goods generally exists in the process of oil and gas production,at present,the most effective way to prevent CO2 corrosion is using corrosion resistant alloy, containing Cr steel is a type of corrosion resistant tubular goods commonly used in oilfield,and containing Cr steel corrosion research is always the focus of oil and gas field users. In this article, according to the characteristics and selection of CO2 corrosion in oil and gas field,it introduced C02 corrosion research of several common corrosion resistant tubular goods, such as low Cr steel, 13Cr/super 13Cr stainless steel,dual phase steel etc. and put forward problems existing in development and research of containing Cr steel, which provide certain reference for selecting corrosion resistance tubular goods.
