摘要
秦岭细鳞鲑(Brachymystaxlenoktsinlingensis)成熟卵呈圆形,黄色,沉性,卵径(3.97±0.07)mm,受精卵吸水充分膨胀后卵径为(4.30±0.07)mm.在水温8.5~12.5℃条件下,秦岭细鳞鲑胚胎发育需415 h.根据胚胎发育的外部形态及典型特征,将其分为受精卵、胚盘形成、卵裂、囊胚、原肠、神经胚、器官分化和孵化共8个阶段、32个时期.出膜仔鱼全长(10.11±0.65)mm;出膜13 d后卵黄耗尽,全长(14.32±0.22)mm;出膜后20 d,鱼苗全长(18.13±0.21)mm,臀鳞出现,各鳍均已出现,鱼苗侧线全部形成且清晰,体色接近成鱼.秦岭细鳞鲑早期发育的特点反映了其对水域的适应性.
This study was performed to describe for the first time the embryogenesis and the yolk-sac larval development of Brachymystax lenok tsinlingensis that inhabits the cold food-impoverished habitats in the Weihe River.The unfertilized mature eggs were spherical,yellowish,demersal and (3.97±0.07)mm in diameter.After fertilization and hydration,the fully swollen eggs were translucent,(4.30±0.07)mm in diameter.After 415 h,the larvae were hatched with a total length of (10.11±0.65)mm at the water tem-perature range as 8.5 to 12.5 ℃.Around 13 days after hatching,the yolk sac of larva was absorbed com-pletely with a total length of (14.32±0.22)mm,and 30 days after hatching,hip scales appeared with a to-tal length of (24.07±0.59)mm.In comparison with other fish species,the traits of early development of B.lenok tsinlingensis may enable the embryos to adapt to the torrential environment with low food rations in Weihe River.
