摘要
目的研究清开灵注射液用板蓝根中芦头对板蓝根提取液及其制剂的影响。方法利用统计分析方法,通过测定与分析总固体、总氮、指纹图谱、腺苷、尿苷、鸟苷、(R,S)-告依春情况研究板蓝根中芦头的多少对提取液及清开灵注射液的影响。结果板蓝根中芦头与总固体和总氮成正相关,与腺苷、尿苷、鸟苷含量成正相关,与(R,S)-告依春含量成负相关。随芦头重量比的增大指纹图谱相似度逐渐降低,但在25%以内对指纹图谱相似度影响不明显,可通过控制特征峰比例防止提取液及其制剂质量下降。结论板蓝根应控制芦头重量比,除指纹图谱相似度评价外应增加特征峰比例以提高质量控制精确性,并且应建立适合相应药材的专属性强的含量测定方法以降低制剂控制风险。
Objective To study the effects of rhizome from Radix Isatidis for Qingkailing injection on the extraction of Radix Isatidis and its preparations. Methods With statistical analysis, measuring and analysing the result of total solids, total nitrogen, fingerprints, adenosine, uridine, guanosine, (R,S)-epigoitri to research the effects of rhizome amount from Radix Isatidis on the extract and Qingkailing injection. Results Rhizome from Radix Isatidis was positively correlated with total solids and total nitrogen, adenosine, uridine and guanosine, (R,S)-epigoitri negatively correlated. Fingerprint similarity decreased gradually with increasing the weight ratio of rhizome, but had no obvious effect less than 25%,the quality degradation of extract and its preparations can be prevented by controlling the ratio of the characteristic peaks. Conclusion Rhizome from Radix Isatidis should be controlled, the fingerprint similarity evaluation should be increased the ratio of the characteristic peaks to improve the accuracy of quality control,the specific method for content determination should be established to reduce preparation risk.
