玉簪叶斑病菌菌株Ch10的分离及生物学特性

摘要 为了明确尾孢属真菌的生物学特性,采用菌丝生长速率法及液体振荡培养法,对影响玉簪尾孢叶斑病菌菌株Ch10菌丝生长的条件进行了研究。结果表明,除光照条件外,其他培养条件对Ch10菌丝生长均有显著影响;Ch10菌丝生长最适温度为25℃,最适pH为6,对乳糖、麦芽糖、酵母膏和硝酸钾利用最好,在MEA培养基上的生长略快于其他培养基,但培养21d最大菌落直径仅2.37cm,生长非常缓慢,而且极少产孢。 The mycelial growth condition of Ch10 strain,a pathogenic fungus of leaf spot disease in H .plantaginea,was analyzed by mycelial growth rate and liquid shaking culture methods to study the biological characteristics of Cercospora fungus.The results showed that temperature,pH,medium, different carbon and nitrogen sources have the significant effect on mycelial growth of Ch10 strain,and the optimum temperature,pH,carbon and nitrogen sources are 25℃,6,lactose,maltose,yeast extract and potassium nitrate.The mycelial growth of Ch10 strain cultured on MEA medium is slightly faster than other media but its maximum colony diameter is only 2.37cm after 21d culture,and the mycelium forms conidia rarely.
