嗜铁真菌z-15对几种病原菌的抑制作用 被引量:4

摘要 为z-15在植物病害防治上的应用提供参考,采用平板对峙法、发酵液抑菌法和抑制孢子萌发法测定嗜铁真菌z-15对4种病原菌的影响。结果表明,z-15对4种病原菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,平板拮抗试验中,除西瓜枯萎病菌以外,对另3种病原菌的抑制率均超过20%,其发酵液对小麦根腐病菌(Bipolaris sorokiniana)的生长抑制效果较为显著,最高抑制率达50.9%;对西瓜枯萎病菌和水稻恶苗病菌孢子萌发亦有较好的抑制作用。 The inhibition effect of Talaromyces flavu Z-15 (siderophilic fungi)against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,Fusarium.oxysporum,Fusarium moniliforme and Bipolaris sorokiniana was determined by Petri dish method,fermented liquid antibacterial method and inhibiting spore germination method.The results showed that Talaromyces flavu Z-15 has the inhibition effect against four pathogenic fungi to varying degrees.The inhibition rate against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides ,Fusarium moniliforme and Bipolaris sorokiniana is over 20% in Petri dish test.The inhibition rate of the fermentation liquor against growth of Bipolaris sorokiniana can reach 50.9%,and the inhibition rate of the fermentation liquor against spore germination of Fusarium. oxysporum, Fusarium moniliforme and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides is 100%,98.3% and 81.2% separately.
