摘要
目的比较不同来源的救必应药材中紫丁香苷的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法，流动相：乙腈．水（15：85）；柱温：25℃；检测波长：265nm；流速：1．OmL·min-1。结果不同来源救必应药材中紫丁香苷的含量在4．59～25．78μg·g～，其中以广东英德含量最高，在20．11～25．78mg·g-1，紫丁香苷线性范围0．0508～1.6256mg·mL-1．回归方程为：Y=503．45X＋1．9885，r=0．9998（n=6）。结论不同来源救必应紫丁香苷的含量不同。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of syrigin in the llex rotunda Thunb of different sources. METHODS The content of syrigin was detected with RP-HPLC 265nm. The mobile phase was a mixed liquid with acetonitrile-water（ 15：85 ）. The column temperature was 25℃ and the flow rate was 1.0mL ·min-1 RESULTS The content of syrigin in all samples was 4. 59 ～ 25.78mg ～g-l. The highest content of syrigin was from Yingde ,Guangdong. The method was linear within 0. 0508 ～ 1. 6256mg - mL-l , Y = 503.45X ＋ 1. 9885, r = 0. 9998 （ n = 6）. CONCLUSION The differences of the content of syringin in all samples may be attributed to dif- ferent sources.
