摘要
目的分析汉族与回族青春期女生身体形态发育的差异性，为探索身体形态发育的民族差异性提供依据。方法从2010年全国学生体质与健康调研数据中，抽取12～15岁汉族、回族青春期女生身高、体重、胸围、坐高、上臂部皮褶厚度（triceps skinfold thickness，TST）、肩胛部皮褶厚度（scapular skinfold thickness，SST）及“是否已来潮”指标，按“是否已来潮”分层分析汉族与回族青春期女生身体形态发育差异。结果12～15岁各年龄组汉族青春期女生报告“已来潮”率均高于回族（P值均〈0．05）。已来潮及未来潮青春期女生，身高、体重、胸围、坐高、TST、SST汉族与回族学生平均差异均无统计学意义（P值均〉0．05），但12岁未来潮女生坐高、TST，汉族高于回族（P值均〈O．05）；已来潮女生，13岁胸围、14岁身高、体重、胸围、BMI指标汉族高于回族（P值均〈0．05）。结论汉族与回族青春期女生形态发育指标平均差异不明显，仅在青春期中后期（14岁）汉族学生高于回族学生，探索形态发育民族差异应考虑是否已初潮及年龄因素的影响。
Objective To analyze the differences of anthropometric characteristics between the Han and Hui ethnicity adolescent girls and provided a basis for exploring ethnicity differences of anthropometric measurements. Methods Data were derived from the 2010 Chinese national survey on studenfs constitution and health（CNSSCH）,data of the Han an Hui ethnicity adolescent girls aged 12 - 15 years were selected. Data included height, weight, chest circumference, sitting height, triceps skinfold thickness （TST）,scapular skinfold thickness （SST） and whether the participant have reached menarche. Analysis was stratified by menarche variable to compare differences between the Han and Hui ethnicity adolescent girls＇ anthropometric indices. Results The Han adolescent girls＇ rate of reaching menarche were significantly higher than Hui ethnieity peers across all age groups of 12-15 years old（P〈0.05）. With the stratified analysis,there were no statistically significant differences between Han and Hui girls in height, weight, chest circumference and sitting height, TST, SST （P〉 0.05） ,but among 12-year-old girls who had not reached menarche, Han girls＇ sitting height and TST are higher than the Hui peers （P〈0.05） ;among girls with menarche, Han girls＇ chest circumference at the age of 13 ,and height,weight,chest circumference or BMI at the age of 14,were higher than Hui peers （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Ethic difference between Hui and Han ethnicity of anthropometric index is not obvious among adolescent girls, only in the mid and late adolescence （14 years old） ,some indexes of the Han girls is higher than the Hui girls. Therefore when exploring ethic differences in anthropometric measurements,it should be considered that whether they have reached menarche and age factors.
