摘要
针对安徽省16个地级市的区域经济发展情况作出一定评价,在合理的指标体系构建基础之上,建立基于投入的C2R和C2GS2两种DEA模型,并以此对2008-2012年各决策单元进行分析.通过综合效率,纯技术效率以及规模效率的纵向和横向比较,得出5年间不同地区的经济变动情况.同时,利用投影定理,对近两年来非有效决策单元进行详细的投入冗余和产出不足分析.最终得出安徽大多数地区经济效率水平偏低,但有转好趋势等结论,同时,综合实证分析结果找出制约经济发展因素,据此给出应加快产业结构调整等相应的政策性建议.
This article makes certain evaluation for the regional economic development of the sixteen cities in Anhui province based on the reasonable index system and two kinds of DEA models.Through the longitudinal and transverse comparison of comprehensive effi-ciency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,economic changes of different regions in 5 years are concluded.At the same time,using the projection theorem,the paper analyzes the input redundancy and output deficiency of ineffective decision making units in past two years in detail.Finally it is indicated that the economic efficiency level of most areas in Anhui is low,but there are a trend toward better.Moreover,the study concludes some factors limiting the economic development,and on this basis,corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.
